Hi there…

Dr. Nick Baucum has been a part of the team at Armadillo Sport Chiropractic since 2013 and is the owner of the Calallen office. He is a native of Corpus Christi (Bluntzer, TX) and graduated from Calallen High School. While at Calallen, he was a two-time district and region champion in the shot put and won the 2004 state 4-A championship. As a senior, he was named All-Metro and South Texas track athlete of the year, and also went on to be named All-American by finishing with a top 6 performance at the national track meet in Albuquerque, NM. Dr. Baucum was also a state qualifier in powerlifting. After high school he attended the University of Texas at Austin on a Track and Field scholarship. While at Texas he made All Big 12 and was a part of a team that won 4 consecutive indoor Big 12 championships. He graduated in 2008 with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology. After completing his undergraduate degree, Dr. Baucum went on to receive his doctor of chiropractic from Parker University in Dallas, TX.

 

Dr. Baucum is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys most outdoor recreation. He and his wife Tori, manager of the Calallen office, also enjoy traveling and experiencing life with their son who is five and a half years old. They will soon be welcoming another son to their family this summer.
