LaDonna Calhoun, Director

LaDonna Calhoun founded the Health & Holistic Network of Corpus Christi in January of 2019. She has studied herbalism since childhood, and established her business, Archer Soapworks & Apothecary, in 2016. Located at the popular Six Points area in the heart of Corpus Christi, she and her husband, Gabriel, can frequently be found at their store, working on their line of products that are researched, formulated, handmade, marketed, and sold all in house. LaDonna will be completing her doctor of naturopathy designation this fall, with a specialization in herbalism.

Tim tate, Assistant director

Tim Tate has lived in Corpus Christi for 40 years and received his M.S. in Counseling and Education from Texas A&M-CC. His expertise in mental health has been most impacted by his own personal experience with depression. Unable to take conventional medicine, he has recovered from three major depressions using natural methods. He has prevented relapse for 10+ years using the "Whologram"- a therapeutic holistic model he created combining Mind, Body Spirit treatments and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Tim uses the Whologram to teach clients self-healing from anxiety and depression. He is currently in private practice with South Texas Mental Health Associates.

jonda watson, secretary/Editor

Jonda Watson has been a member of the Health and Holistic Network since its inception in January 2019. Jonda is a holistic energy, sound and crystal healer and the owner of Lumina Healings. She is certified to practice and teach many modalities, including Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, Access Consciousness Bars, Access Energetic Facelifts and Holographic Sound Healing. Jonda is also a Certified Crystal Healer and a Past Life Reading Therapist. She co-facilitates a weekly meditation group and is a member of the Women’s Entrepreneur Society of Corpus Christi. Jonda is committed to sharing her light with others and to assist those on a path toward holistic healing and wellness.


Suzanna Sudder, Marketing/PR

Co-owner of The Vine Juice Company and Vice President of the Corpus Christi Southside Farmers Market, Suzanna served 9 years on active duty in the United States Military. While serving on active duty she completed coursework to obtain her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health as well as her Emergency Medical Technician license. Upon completion of her service in the military she and her partner seized an opportunity to pursue her passion for sharing methods of achieving health and wellness through natural means. Through the Vine she is able to share the health benefits of consuming nutrient dense, cold pressed juice as well as educate consumers about options for healthier daily food choices.

Mandi Bever, Consultant

Mandi Bever has been a member of the Health and Holistic Network since March 2019. She is a health and happiness coach specializing in anxiety and depression and is the owner of Mandi Bever, Health & Happiness Coach. Mandi is also a practitioner of Reiki and Access Consciousness Bars. She is a member of the Women’s Entrepreneur Society of Corpus Christi and a board member for Corpus Christi Maternal Mental Health. Mandi is passionate about improving the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of women and mothers in the Coastal Bend and beyond.
